United States Customers: Only purchase items with an "(EX)" in their title - and they can be shipped from Australia legally to you, anywhere in the United States. You don't require a CITES import permit for non-commercial use. Our CITES export permit is comprehensive and covers both the export and import of the feather specimens into the United States.
Customers in Europe & Other Countries: Like for USA customers, you can only order/purchase items with an "(EX)" in their title. A CITES import permit may also be required in your country.
How it works A) Once an order is placed: You'll receive a copy of the CITES export permit, the invoice and other relevant paperwork - usually within 2 days after the dispatch of your order. B) If you're in the United Kingdom, Canada, a European country or any other country (except the United States) - you may need to contact the CITES Management Authority in your Country to obtain a CITES import permit, while your order is in transit. You will require a copy of the export permit, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you don't receive a copy of the CITES export documentation within 2 days after the dispatch of your order.
*Your local CITES Authority may charge you for the import permit, but it's usually not much.
If you're in the United States, you don't need a CITES import permit (if you're not commercially reselling in the USA) - but you only need to complete a 3-177 declaration form prior to your feathers arriving into the USA port system, as to ensure the US Fish & Wildlife Service are aware of your import.
Please refer to the Shipping & Return Policy, for an approximate time-frame to receive your order.
