How it works (for all Customers outside of Australia). A) Once an order is placed by you, we will email you a copy of the CITES export permit and other relevant paperwork within a few business days from placing your order with us. B) From there you will need to contact the CITES Management Authority in your Country, to obtain a CITES Import Permit. C) Once the Import Permit is granted to you, please email a copy to us - and your order will be despatched within a few days.
*Your local CITES Authority will usually charge you for the Import Permit. This is an additional fee but it's usually not much. Due to Covid-19,the ports around the world have become stricter and the only safe method to order such feathers now is this way. The upside is that even though the dispatch may take up to a six weeks from the order date, the delivery after despatch should be much faster as it will move smoothly within the transit system.
